Date with Gym!

What a crazy day!

I had a lot on my plate today---and some how I still managed to make it to the gym--the big date!!

Tonight I went to the gym and did my workout--1 mile on the treadmill---I ran more tonight than before!  I am so excited and ready to try it again tomorrow--more distance and more running time!  Samantha and I also did a 3 set rotation of 4 different exercises. 

My goal on plank--5 minutes by May 21st (the big 5K date!)  When I first started the going back to the gym in November I was barely able to hold a plank for 30 seconds, I have made it up to a good 2 minutes and a few more seconds...any tips on how to stay focused long enough and fight through the back pain??
